Still Going...

I am finally back here, to this blog that, like my column, has been such a great place for me. Unfortunately I have had to take some time away to move and unpack and get back online with internet access at the new place. I hope I haven't been abandoned by too many of my regular visitors to my site. For those of you who are still here.. Thank you.
Things have been very crazy and hectic. As I mentioned, we moved. Rather abruptly. It wasn't exactly planned..I mean it was, for like, the summer, but not right now. Certain life things happened though, and here we are. We decided on a Wednesday we were moving. Signed the lease on Saturday, and moved the following Saturday. It was pure craziness! And of course the hubby drives semi over the road so it was yours truly to pack and unpack, on top of the kids and school. Then, we got a new puppy the same weekend we moved. She is a Newfoundland named Dottie. I am having her trained to be my service dog. Love her to pieces! She is having certain separation issues, though, so it has just added to the chaos. One of these days things will settle down..
So I am here feeling a bit guilty that I have been away but I am back and that is all that matters.
I hope these past weeks have found everyone well and at a greater peace then I!

Hey, Moms~
Sorry..I have been on a bit of a hiatus.. We moved and so I just had a couple weeks of complete chaos... We are finally mostly unpacked and connected back to the world with Internet access again... So look for regular updates to start again soon. I will post the past few weeks of columns in the next couple days. Thanks for being patient with me!!!
